The problem
The product is a chair and the pitch is where the chair came from. Sold as furniture it competes on price with everything else in the showroom. Sold as a process it does not.
What we built
A single continuous scroll from collected waste through the plant to the finished piece, with the trade specification waiting under each product as a table rather than a download.
What changed
The reason to buy is now the first thing on the page instead of a paragraph in an about section.
