The problem
Nobody visits a lift showroom. The specifier chooses from a catalogue, and the finish, the car size and the shaft dimensions decide the sale months before anyone sees one installed.
What we built
A configurator for cabin finish and capacity, dimensioned drawings a specifier can hand to an architect, and an assistant that answers the eight questions that used to arrive by phone.
What changed
The showroom is now the page, and the drawings leave with the visitor.
